Our cloud-based system provides real-time updates and provides a central location for all communication between the managers, residents, and technicians.Also, through the app, they can contact the residents, upload photos, make comments, and mark work orders, make readies, and inspections as complete.NOTE: For the sake of data integrity, property managers using AppWork cannot complete work orders within the administration app.
Only technicians can complete work orders through this app.
